This was an extremely pleasant experience. We had virtually no web experience and CWS patiently walked us through every step. If we sent a question, we had a reply by the next day. If we wanted to talk to them about something needing further clarification, they arranged a calling conference. If we needed sample forms, they sent them.
We LOVE our website and personally believe it to be THE best out there. They nailed the design in the first set of mockups they sent. We interviewed several companies and CWS was THE best choice. Best decison we could have made. It was meant to be.
